Who owns what you write?
For custom projects, our agreement will state that you own the exclusive rights to what is written. For products available in my store, such as blog templates, your purchase is for a non-exclusive license to use that content in specific places.
How do I communicate with you about what I want written?

Why is 500 words your cutoff between the Basic and Premium Sample Menus?
Great question. 500 words is approximately one-page of writing, so most Basic services fall under that word count. Um, what if I needed this project yesterday?
I totally understand and promise not to tell anyone. For most projects we can discuss a 48-hour rush fee, which is typically 25-30% of the total project rate. You can also contact me regarding a Custom Fast Project.
How do I pay you, and what payments do you accept?
Most custom projects’ payments are due in full upon completion. A larger project may require a 30-50% deposit up front. All payments are accepted online with credit or debit cards. A FreshBooks invoice will be emailed to you with a link to make the payment. Credit card payments are also accepted in Moonlight’s shop.
What is the turnaround time for a project?
The short answer is, it depends. We’ll need to factor in your needs and my workload. Most Basic projects can be done within 2-3 weeks. I’m happy to discuss a customized timeline for you to accommodate both our schedules.
What are your rates?
Custom project rates vary depending on the length and complexity of the project. You can see price ranges on the Services & Rates page to learn more about estimated costs. Moonlight’s shop sells individual templates and template bundles at prices based on either a single-use license or a multi-use license.
